Important: To meet admission requirements, you’ll need at least a 2.0 unweighted high school GPA or take the EdReady College Reading test (recommended score: 75+).
To keep your account secure, you must set up Duo two-factor authentication before accessing your Student Center and student email.
- Download the Duo Mobile app (Apple or Google Play).

You may need:
- Unofficial high school transcript (for 11th and 12th graders only)
- SAT, ACT, or official AP score report
- EdReady or Accuplacer placement result
Have your documentation ready, if applicable, before starting the Dual Enrollment Class Form.
Allow 10-20 minutes to complete each form.
Sign in with your Maricopa email and password at maricopa.edu/student-center
Select “Student Forms,” then “High School and Under 18 Forms.”
Begin with these required one-time forms. You must complete them the first time you participate in Dual Enrollment, but you will not need to complete them again in future semesters:
- ID Authentication Form: Upload your accepted ID documents.
- Under-18 and FERPA Release Form. If you’re under 18, your parent/legal guardian must complete a portion of this form.
After both one-time forms are complete, refresh your page to continue to the next required form:
- Dual Enrollment Class Form. Use the course info you gathered in Step 3 and upload any required placement documents. This form becomes available in July.
After you submit your Dual Enrollment Class Form, your registration will be completed once all course and placement requirements are verified.
Missing or incomplete requirements may delay your registration.
Once you’re registered, pay online, by phone, or in person through your college’s Student Business Services office.
To Pay Online:
- Log in to your Student Center at maricopa.edu/student-center
- Select the “Financial Account” tile
- Make a Payment and select “View Payment Options”
